APARTMENT PRIMOFIORE

The smallest of our apartments is however very comfortable for one or two guests, it is located in the main building, visible from the car park, once inhabited by the “farmer”, in our territory a sort of caretaker and worker, who does not pay the rented house but was always at the disposal of the owners of the agricultural land and the villa.

With the aim of associating modernity with the tradition and style of rural houses on Etna, it houses a comfortable double bed (160×200) , whose external structure in decorated wood is part of the family heritage and dates back to the end of the 19th century, two bedside tables on the sides of the bed, a modern kitchenette, designed specifically for the available space, which includes the essential kitchen equipment (cutlery, pots, plates, etc.) and the refrigerator next to it. A small table for two people completes the furnishings of the room, together with a wall-mounted smart TV positioned in front of the bed.

 The apartment is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning and WiFi.

In the hallway there is an open wardrobe to place luggage at the bottom and to hang clothes at the top, next to the bathroom, which contains a sink, toilet, bidet and shower. Outside, in the reserved part of the courtyard, there is a white garden table, with chairs and deckchair.
